General Terms

Welcome to We Meid AB’s webshop. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing products for both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) customers. These Terms apply to all sales from We Meid AB, organization number 559468-6072, to its customers, including resellers and end customers. By shopping with us, you accept these conditions.

User Registration and Account Management

To make purchases, you may need to register an account. Ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our webshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service. Acceptance of these terms is required for using the website.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Product Information

We offer products such as the MEID GeoTag, GeoKey, GeoBell, and GeoTravel. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused.

Pricing Policies

All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are added unless explicitly stated by us. Prices can change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed, unless substantial cost changes occur.

Payment Terms

We Meid uses Avarda’s Checkout for all payments. You approve Avarda’s purchase terms at checkout when payments are made. You can pay for your purchase at We Meid using the following payment methods:

Payment Methods

SWISH

We offer Swish payment via Avarda. If you are connected to Swish, you can make payments directly from your bank account. Open the Swish app on your mobile device and approve the payment via your mobile Bank-ID to complete the purchase.

CARD PAYMENT

We Meid offers secure card payment with VISA and MasterCard in collaboration with Avarda. During card payment, you are redirected to a secure page where you can safely enter your card details and complete the payment. We Meid never handles your card details. You can only shop with cards issued within Europe. Funds are deducted from your card when you make your purchase. If awaiting a refund, it may take 2–5 banking days after the issue is resolved at We Meid for the refund to reach your card. This allows all parties, including the bank, to process the transaction.

INVOICE

Choosing to pay by invoice allows you to receive products before payment. You can also choose to split your purchase after receiving the invoice. If splitting your purchase, you must pay at least the amount indicated on the invoice before its due date. A reminder fee of 60 SEK is applied if payment is late. Usual credit checks are conducted for invoice payments, and a credit report may be requested. A copy of the credit report is sent by mail and/or digitally in Kivra. The credit provider is Avarda. Campaign terms, such as credit setup fees, interest-free periods, or other special campaign conditions, apply when selecting payment under campaign terms. Campaign terms only apply to the current purchase. More detailed campaign conditions are presented at the time of purchase. For full terms, see here.

ACCOUNT

You can also spread your purchase over a longer period, up to 36 months. All purchases within the period are consolidated on a statement sent around the 7th of each month via email. The account holder has the right to partially or fully repay the credit in advance without extra costs. Usual credit checks are conducted for invoice payments, and a credit report may be requested. A copy of the credit report is sent by mail and/or digitally in Kivra. The credit provider is Avarda. The account holder is responsible for paying purchases made and for charged interest on the account, as well as fees and other costs. By using the credit, the account holder agrees to pay at least the minimum amount due each month. A reminder fee of 60 SEK is applied if payment is late. Campaign conditions, such as credit setup fees, interest-free periods, or other special campaign conditions, apply when selecting payment under campaign terms. Campaign conditions only apply to the current purchase. More detailed campaign conditions are presented at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery Policies

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. Shipping costs for B2C are 49,00 SEK and for B2B are 95,00 SEK. Free shipping applies for orders over 500 SEK within Sweden.

Transport Damages

Check goods upon receipt. Report visible damages directly to the carrier and to We Meid AB within three days. Note discrepancies on the delivery note, signed by the driver.

Return and Refund Policies

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Products must be in original condition, with returns accompanied by a return number. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Report DOA products within five days of delivery. We reserve the right not to accept late DOA claims.

Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact us for warranty claims, including a description and images of the defect. Warranty does not cover wear and tear or misuse.

Limitation of Liability

We Meid AB is liable only for direct damages due to our breach of these Terms, negligence, or other actions. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to SEK 15,000 or the total purchase amount in the last twelve months.

Product Liability

We Meid AB is not liable for product-related damage unless stipulated by law. Notify us immediately if a third-party claim arises, and we may take over the claim if applicable.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for obligations unmet due to force majeure events, such as war, natural disasters, and governmental actions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the Stockholm District Court.

Attachments:
Include any relevant images of the defect to support your claim. Please ensure the images clearly display the issue. Note: Always include photos of the complaint. It is important that the image clearly displays the defect! (Maximum of 5 files. Maximum size of 5MB per file. Allowed file formats: png, heic, jpg, jpeg, webp)

Declaration: By submitting this return claim, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms and conditions outlined by We Meid AB regarding returns, including the obligation to return products in their original packaging and within the specified time frame. Please send your completed claim form to info@wemeid.com, and allow up to five (5) business days for processing.

Please provide a detailed explanation for the return, including a description of the defect or issue: Anspråk: Begärd åtgärd, Kompensation/återbetalning/ny produkt.
