Orders can only be changed or cancelled before processing. If you got an email saying your order is processing, changes can’t be made.

We do not offer order pickup as we only have a warehouse and no physical store.

Returns are accepted for products that are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and materials. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
