Refunds and Return Policy for We Meid AB

At We Meid AB, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, exchanges, and more for our GeoTag, GeoKey, GeoTravel, and GeoBell tracking products and accessories.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and materials.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Complete the return form at our customer service page. Provide your order number, name, contact details, and reason for return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Securely package the product with all original materials.
  3. Attach Documentation: Include a copy of the return form and proof of purchase.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to the address provided after form submission. Customers cover return shipping unless an item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, email us at info@wemeid.com and send your item to the return address provided.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon processing the return.
  • If the gift wasn’t marked at purchase, the refund will go to the gift giver, informing them of the return.

Partial Refunds

Products with manufacturing defects or non-conformity can be repaired or replaced at no cost. Contact us promptly to report issues. You may choose repair or replacement within legal limits. Rights lapse 36 months post-delivery if non-conformity isn’t reported.
