We replace items only if defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, email us at info@wemeid.com and send your item to the return address provided.
Certain conditions allow for partial refunds:
Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, or the last product in partial deliveries.
We offer free repairs or replacements for defective items. Contact us for assistance.
Products with manufacturing defects or non-conformity can be repaired or replaced at no cost. Contact us promptly to report issues. You may choose repair or replacement within legal limits. Rights lapse 36 months post-delivery if non-conformity isn’t reported.
